Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided about your project, including dumpster size, debris type, rental period, location, and expected weight.
Additional charges may apply for excess weight, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, additional services, or other conditions disclosed before or during your rental.
Delivery, Placement & Loading
Delivery and Placement
Customers are responsible for providing a suitable location for dumpster placement. The delivery area should have enough space for the truck and dumpster. Keep vehicles, equipment, branches, gates, and other obstacles clear.
You are responsible for obtaining any required permission or permit for placement on private property, streets, or public right-of-way.
Loading Requirements
- All debris must remain below the top edge of the dumpster.
- Do not overfill the container or allow materials to hang over the sides.
- Heavy materials should be distributed evenly throughout the dumpster.
- Customers are responsible for loading the dumpster properly and safely.
Prohibited Materials & Heavy Debris
Certain materials cannot be placed in our dumpsters under Kentucky and federal disposal laws:

Heavy Materials Policy
Concrete, brick, dirt, soil, tile, roofing materials, and other dense debris can reach weight limits quickly. Tell us about heavy materials before booking so we can help determine the appropriate dumpster and weight allowance.
Rental Period & Pickup
Your rental period is based on the terms provided when you book the dumpster. If you need the dumpster longer than originally planned, contact us before the scheduled pickup to discuss availability and any additional rental charges.
Contact us when your dumpster is ready for pickup. If the dumpster fills before your project is finished, contact us about a pickup or swap-out. Do not continue loading an overloaded dumpster.

Property Damage & Site Hazards
Customers should identify underground utilities, private property restrictions, weak surfaces, low branches, and other potential delivery hazards before placement. We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed site conditions or unsafe placement areas.
